Guess what, Dude. If you want me to work for free for you, then you are not a Producer, you are a volunteer organizer.
The job of Producer is to pitch a great idea to Investors and THEN find workers. If you can't explain your project clearly and raise funds for a production team then YOUR IDEA SUCKS.
If you are a wannabe Producer, then find wannabe Directors, Shooters and Editors in the VOLUNTEERS section of Craigslist. http://vancouver.en.craigslist.ca/vol/
Why do you think I will invest my education, experience and gear in your project when you can't even get production funding?
I admit that we all got our start from humble beginnings and we all have to start at the bottom, (unless you are a Vancouver Film School Graduate, and then you expect to start at the top ;) ). Vancouver Craigslist TFR is fine for offering low budget positions, but the point or this blog is:
Pay me or GTFO!
