To all the Vancouver Videographers:
I am a professional Videographer in Vancouver, BC and I use Craigslist a lot to find independent video productions job leads.
I am sick and tired of people thinking that a professional video production should cost $100 and I should do it because it will look good on my resume or "I'll pay you when the video makes some money".
Vancouver Craigslist TFR is reserved for professional, paying jobs. Volunteer positions are a different category.
This blog is intended to be a forum for discussing Craigslist Television/Film/Radio postings in Vancouver.
As Vancouver Videographers, let's slam all the exploiters, call out the data miners, and screw the people who undervalue our work. On the other hand, let's promote those who offer opportunities to young videographers and celebrate the really great productions that value our training and experience.
